Payment milestones, included services, rematch/refund provisions, and search limitations are governed by the signed service agreement. Surrogate compensation, screening, legal, clinical, and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly included. A match cannot be guaranteed.

No. Matching timelines depend on availability, eligibility, compatibility, and other factors. Our goal is a focused, responsive search without rushing appropriate safeguards.
Qualified independent professionals perform medical and psychological evaluations. We may help coordinate the transition to those professionals, but we do not perform those evaluations ourselves.
For Private Search, $4,500 is due at the agreed matching milestone. For Priority Search, $7,000 is due at the agreed matching milestone. The exact definition of that milestone is set out in the written service agreement.
Search duration, termination, rematch, and refund terms are governed by the written service agreement and should be reviewed before enrollment.
